The National Anthem was performed by the Herndon High School Guitar 4 Ensemble under the direction of Christopher Cunningham.

The School Board elected Karl Frisch (Providence District) as Chair and Melanie K. Meren (Hunter Mill District) as Vice Chair.

The School Board approved Mid-Year Liaison and Committee Assignments.

Superintendent Reid presented Academic Matters and the Proposed FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program.

The School Board approved the Alternative Accreditation Plan 2024, Additional Advisory Committee Appointments, and several contracts.
